Job Description

The engineer works on software design, implementation, integration, testing and maintenance for advanced aerospace and defence systems. The position supports Open Architecture Systems Integrated Software solutions and requires adaptability to evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain software.
• Translate customer requirements into software solutions.
• Develop software for embedded devices and systems.
• Perform unit, integration and functional testing.
• Debug software and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support software lifecycle documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Relevant software-development experience is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain an active U.S. Secret clearance.
• Must complete Boeing’s technical assessment.
