Job Description

BAE Systems seeks qualified structures, mechanical and avionics tradespeople to maintain and sustain F-35 aircraft at Williamtown.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled F-35 maintenance.
Inspect aircraft systems and structures.
Diagnose and rectify aircraft defects.
Replace and test components.
Use authorised technical data.
Complete maintenance and airworthiness records.

Eligibility

Relevant Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent aircraft-maintenance trade qualification.
Experience in structures, mechanical systems or avionics.
Australian citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian defence clearance.
Eligibility under applicable ITAR requirements.
