Job Description
Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, is seeking a build reliability engineer to support high-performance satellite programmes. The position connects engineering design with manufacturing execution to ensure spacecraft hardware can be produced, integrated and tested reliably.
The engineer supports avionics integration and test, production readiness, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement. Work may also include mechanical and fluid-system testing, supplier coordination and investigation of hardware nonconformances.
Responsibilities
• Support spacecraft avionics integration and testing.
• Improve manufacturing processes and build reliability.
• Investigate hardware defects and production nonconformances.
• Coordinate corrective actions with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Support production-readiness and hardware-review activities.
• Analyse manufacturing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure build processes comply with technical and quality requirements.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Relevant aerospace, manufacturing, electronics or reliability-engineering experience is required.
• Applicants must be United States citizens.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a United States security clearance.
• Must satisfy ITAR, facility-access and Boeing employment requirements.
