Job Description
Boeing Global Services is seeking a Business Operations Manager to serve as a key business-support interface for executive leadership. The manager will improve business execution by strengthening operating processes, systems and management tools. The position also supports special projects, organizational integration and initiatives intended to improve operational efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities
• Provide business and operational support to executive leadership.
• Lead business integration and capability-improvement activities.
• Develop and improve operating systems, tools and processes.
• Coordinate special projects with internal stakeholders.
• Track business actions, risks, priorities and deliverables.
• Build effective relationships across functions and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Eligibility
• Meet Boeing’s experience requirements for a management position.
• Have leadership experience or qualifying Boeing leadership-program experience.
• Possess experience supporting executive or senior leadership.
• Demonstrate experience in business operations, strategy, finance, scheduling, change management, industrial engineering or project management.
• Be able to work on-site in Plano, Texas.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.
