Job Description

The Computer Vision Analyst supports an end-to-end digital simulation platform used to evaluate perception capabilities for resource-limited space processors. Work combines classical computer vision, artificial intelligence, Monte Carlo analysis, uncertainty quantification, algorithm debugging and data visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and update the digital simulation platform.
• Conduct Monte Carlo simulations and uncertainty quantification.
• Perform design-of-experiments and sensitivity testing.
• Develop dashboards, reports, plots and technical visualisations.
• Define test cases and compare simulations with ground-truth data.
• Debug computer-vision algorithms and underlying source code.
• Collaborate with embedded-hardware, optics and systems teams.

Eligibility

• At least one year of related experience or relevant post-secondary education.
• Proficiency with Python, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas and Bokeh.
• Understanding of Monte Carlo analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience with Linux and shell scripting.
• Ability to read, maintain or extend C++ source code.
• US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance.
