Job Description

This Boeing Global Services position supports supply-base recovery and supplier-performance improvement. The successful candidate will develop measurable recovery plans with suppliers, address delivery constraints and coordinate across engineering, procurement, planning, quality, supply-chain functions and Boeing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier-recovery plans.
• Establish measurable supplier-performance targets.
• Monitor delivery, quality, schedule and recovery progress.
• Identify supply-chain risks and production constraints.
• Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, planning and quality teams.
• Communicate recovery status and risks to Boeing leadership.

Eligibility

• Possess relevant supply-chain, supplier-management or procurement experience.
• Demonstrate experience developing and implementing recovery plans.
• Be able to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements as a U.S. Person.
• Be able to work on-site in Long Beach, California.
• Be legally authorized to work without employer visa sponsorship.
