Job Description
The manager will lead a team of business analysts within Boeing Global Services Distribution Supply Chain Enablement. The team works with business and supply-chain partners to identify, assess and resolve issues affecting business processes, SAP and warehouse-management applications.
Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of business analysts.
• Support distribution and supply-chain business operations.
• Identify and resolve business-process issues.
• Coordinate SAP and warehouse-management-system improvements.
• Prioritize application and operational support requirements.
• Collaborate with supply-chain and business stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and delivery.
• Promote process standardization and continuous improvement.
Eligibility
• Possess applicable business, systems-integration or supply-chain experience.
• Demonstrate leadership or people-management capability.
• Understand enterprise business processes and applications.
• Complete Boeing’s First-Line Leaders Assessment.
• Meet U.S. Person export-control requirements.
• Be legally authorized to work without employer visa sponsorship.
