Job Description
The Industrial Engineer supports vehicle and powertrain manufacturing through labour optimisation, production-layout planning, time studies and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead new-model labour optimisation activities.
Establish and track manufacturing labour targets.
Support production-line layout planning and virtual-build events.
Conduct time studies and optimise operator allocation.
Support physical-build events and new product launches.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or a related discipline.
Understanding of industrial-engineering and manufacturing principles.
Ability to perform time studies, workstation planning and line balancing.
Strong planning, organisational and communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a plant environment.
