Job Description
The engineer leads quality-improvement activities for engine and powertrain manufacturing, including audits, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
Improve indicators for engine machining, assembly and testing.
Lead process audits and manufacturing-floor investigations.
Determine root causes of product and process issues.
Implement containment, permanent corrective and recurrence-prevention actions.
Collaborate with manufacturing, product-development and supplier teams.
Improve Quality Operating System procedures and processes.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or a related discipline.
At least three years of manufacturing-quality experience.
At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
