Job Description

The programme manager coordinates complex AV safety work involving risk management, human factors, validation, safety metrics, simulation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the autonomous-driving safety-assurance operating plan.

Coordinate safety risk-management workstreams.

Track validation, human-factors and operational-safety activities.

Manage safety metrics and rules-of-the-road compliance.

Identify programme risks, dependencies and corrective actions.

Report programme status to engineering and safety leadership.

Eligibility

Extensive technical programme-management experience.

Experience with autonomous, automotive or safety-critical systems.

Ability to lead complex cross-functional engineering workstreams.

Strong risk, schedule and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Technical understanding of software validation and system safety.
