Job Description

The engineer develops diagnostic architecture for chassis supervisory controls, including fault detection, DTC behaviour, recovery logic and vehicle validation.

Responsibilities

Define driveline and trailering diagnostic requirements.

Develop fault-detection and maturation strategies.

Specify diagnostic trouble-code behaviour.

Define fault-recovery and degraded-operation logic.

Create diagnostic validation plans.

Mentor engineers and improve reusable diagnostic standards.

Eligibility

Relevant electrical, computer, mechanical or automotive-engineering qualification.

Senior automotive diagnostics or embedded-controls experience.

Knowledge of chassis mechatronic systems.

Experience defining production diagnostic requirements.

Ability to work from Markham at least three days per week.
