The engineer leads software-development tasks for advanced aerospace and defence applications. The role translates system requirements into software requirements, models, implementation and test artefacts.
Responsibilities
• Lead software design and development.
• Plan coding, unit, integration and system testing.
• Translate system requirements into software requirements.
• Maintain traceability between design, code and tests.
• Support advanced mission-system software.
• Review technical work and mentor engineers.
• Resolve complex software problems.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Significant software-engineering experience is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must satisfy Boeing employment requirements.
