Job Description
Manage the complete warranty process for GM Energy products and services. Connect customer cases, repairs, field-service data, supplier performance and quality signals to improve reliability, serviceability and total ownership cost.
Responsibilities
• Manage warranty cases from intake through resolution.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, returns and reimbursements.
• Analyse warranty, field-service and product-quality data.
• Recover eligible warranty costs from suppliers.
• Identify reliability and serviceability improvements.
• Develop warranty reporting and operating processes.
Eligibility
• At least three years of warranty, aftersales, quality, service-operations or supplier-management experience.
• Experience managing claims, repairs or return-material authorisations.
• Strong Excel and complex-data analysis capability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work.
• Must possess US work authorisation without sponsorship.
