Job Description
The RF Systems Engineer joins MBDA’s Data Link Systems organisation, developing high-performance RF communication capabilities for advanced guided weapons.
The work covers research, early concepts, system design, development, integration, production and in-service support.
Responsibilities
Design and develop RF communication and datalink systems.
Develop system and subsystem requirements.
Conduct RF analysis, modelling and performance assessments.
Support hardware and software integration.
Plan and support verification and validation activities.
Investigate system-performance and integration issues.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary missile-system teams.
Prepare technical documentation and design evidence.
Eligibility
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in RF engineering, electronics, telecommunications, physics or a related discipline.
Relevant experience may range from graduate to experienced-engineer level.
British citizenship or dual UK nationality with British citizenship is required.
Successful candidates must undergo HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
