Job Description
Boeing Global Services is seeking an experienced field service representative to support the MH-139 Grey Wolf helicopter programme at Malmstrom Air Force Base. The position provides on-site technical assistance for avionics, mission systems and related aircraft equipment.
The representative works directly with maintenance teams and customers to diagnose aircraft faults, interpret technical information and support safe, timely maintenance decisions. The role operates in a fast-paced military environment where rapid responses to operational and maintenance requests are required.
Responsibilities
• Provide on-site technical and operational support for the MH-139 helicopter programme.
• Assist personnel with troubleshooting aircraft avionics, electrical, electronic and mission systems.
• Research technical manuals, engineering data and maintenance documentation.
• Analyse recurring faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Support aircraft maintenance planning and resolution of technical issues.
• Communicate technical findings to Boeing teams and customer representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of field-service activities and technical recommendations.
Eligibility
• Must satisfy applicable United States export-control requirements.
• Must possess substantial aircraft maintenance or field-service experience.
• Must be capable of supporting military aircraft operations in an on-site environment.
• Must be able to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical procedures.
• Must satisfy Boeing’s conflict-of-interest and drug-free workplace requirements.
