Job Description
The analyst maps engineering and operational processes and translates them into system requirements. The role supports digital transformation and data-driven decision-making across Radiant’s regulated nuclear-development organisation.
Responsibilities
• Map business and engineering processes.
• Document system and data requirements.
• Develop a digital-transformation roadmap.
• Improve business-data architecture and integrity.
• Build reporting and business-intelligence solutions.
• Coordinate system improvements across teams.
Eligibility
• Four to seven years of relevant analytics, systems or business-intelligence experience.
• Experience in nuclear, aerospace, medical-device or another regulated industry.
• Ability to work entirely onsite in El Segundo.
• Ability to satisfy US export-control requirements.
