Job Description

The manager leads electronic hardware development for Radiant’s microreactor control systems. The position owns team growth, technical delivery, design reviews, qualification and cross-functional integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an electrical-engineering team.
• Lead reactor-control electronics development.
• Establish hardware architecture and engineering standards.
• Direct circuit, PCB and electronic-system design.
• Oversee prototype integration and qualification testing.
• Coordinate software, controls, systems and nuclear engineers.
• Manage technical risks, schedules and engineering resources.

Eligibility

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive electronic hardware-development experience.
• Previous engineering-management or technical-leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex electronic systems.
• Ability to work completely onsite in El Segundo.
• Eligibility to work with US export-controlled technology.
