Job Description

This engineer builds and maintains a compliant supplier network for nuclear microreactor components. The role leads supplier qualification, quality audits, corrective actions and capability-development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier onboarding, assessments and qualification.
• Audit suppliers against nuclear and industrial standards.
• Investigate supplier nonconformances.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance.
• Develop suppliers producing safety-critical reactor components.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

Eligibility

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Supplier-quality, manufacturing-quality or supplier-development experience.
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing or nuclear-quality requirements.
• Ability to conduct supplier audits and investigations.
• Ability to work entirely onsite in El Segundo.
• Ability to satisfy US export-control requirements.
