Responsibilities
Lead execution for a major vehicle engineering zone.
Translate product targets into technical deliverables.
Manage engineering cost, timing and quality.
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and supply-chain teams.
Resolve programme risks and technical trade-offs.
Present programme decisions to senior leadership.
Eligibility
Extensive automotive programme-management or engineering leadership experience.
Experience delivering large vehicle programmes through production launch.
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, manufacturing and commercial targets.
Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
Ability to lead complex cross-functional decisions.
