Job Description
The manager owns closures engineering strategy, technical delivery, staffing and programme execution across Rivian consumer and commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
Lead the vehicle closures engineering organisation.
Set technical strategy and development standards.
Manage programme timing, resources and engineering milestones.
Oversee closure mechanisms, structures and sealing interfaces.
Support vehicle builds, testing and production launches.
Develop engineers and coordinate suppliers.
Eligibility
Degree in mechanical, automotive or a related engineering discipline.
Extensive automotive body or closures-engineering experience.
Engineering management and team-development experience.
Knowledge of automotive validation and manufacturing.
Ability to travel to plants, suppliers and test locations.
