Official Southern California base-pay range. The selected candidate may also qualify for an annual performance bonus and equity awards.

Job Description

The engineer designs busbars, housings, sealing interfaces, harnesses and PCBA integration from initial concept through full-scale production.

Responsibilities

Develop power-electronics mechanical assemblies.

Design housings, busbars and sealing interfaces.

Integrate high-voltage and low-voltage harnesses.

Create CAD models, drawings and bills of materials.

Lead supplier technical reviews and DFMEA activities.

Support prototype builds and production-line commissioning.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.

At least five years of power-electronics packaging experience.

Automotive OEM or Tier 1 experience.

Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.

Experience delivering products from design through production.
