Job Description
The engineer combines mechanical chassis development with software-defined vehicle controls to shape how Rivian vehicles interact with roads and off-road terrain.
Responsibilities
Define vehicle-dynamics targets and objective metrics.
Tune suspension, steering and vehicle-control systems.
Plan and conduct handling and ride evaluations.
Analyse test data and simulation results.
Collaborate with chassis, controls and attribute teams.
Support vehicle sign-off and production readiness.
Eligibility
Degree in mechanical, automotive or a related engineering discipline.
Professional vehicle-dynamics development experience.
Strong understanding of chassis and suspension systems.
Experience with vehicle testing and engineering data analysis.
Valid driving licence and ability to support development testing.
