Job Description
The engineer develops ECU enclosures, PCB mechanical-change orders, thermal systems and vehicle integration from requirements through validation.
Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design of vehicle ECUs.
Develop enclosures and thermal-management solutions.
Perform packaging and integration trade studies.
Create drawings and tolerance analyses.
Support thermal and finite-element studies.
Lead DFMEA and manufacturing-process reviews.
Eligibility
Mechanical-engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Extensive mechanical hardware-development experience.
Strong three-dimensional CAD ability.
Knowledge of electronics packaging and thermal management.
Understanding of production manufacturing processes.
