Job Description
The Senior Business and System Architect leads enterprise technology strategy for workplace and facilities systems. The position develops roadmaps and architectures involving operational technology, building automation, Internet of Things, digital twins, artificial intelligence and enterprise data platforms.
Responsibilities
• Develop enterprise business and system architectures.
• Create technology strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Define integration patterns across facilities, information-technology and operational-technology systems.
• Lead workplace and smart-building technology programmes.
• Establish technical standards and architectural governance.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and business partners.
• Support cost, schedule and technical-baseline management.
• Evaluate IoT, digital-twin and AI-enabled platform opportunities.
Eligibility
• At least ten years leading workplace-strategy programmes.
• At least ten years leading enterprise information-technology products.
• At least ten years of real-estate, facilities or facilities-management experience.
• At least ten years of strategy, leadership, consulting or project-management experience.
• Extensive experience with building-automation and operational-technology systems.
• Willingness to travel approximately ten percent.
