Job Description

Boeing Integrated Advanced Systems is seeking a senior electrophysics engineer or scientist for advanced mission systems. The role supports communications, sensors, electronic warfare and technology-development activities.

The engineer performs technical analysis, evaluates new technologies, supports experiments and contributes to proposals and future aerospace-product development.

Responsibilities

• Analyse communications and sensor-system technologies.
• Support electronic-warfare and mission-system evaluations.
• Develop technical concepts and engineering solutions.
• Conduct modelling, experimentation and performance analysis.
• Prepare technical reports and proposal material.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support technology transition into aerospace products.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification is required.
• Relevant electrophysics, communications or sensor-system experience is required.
• Must satisfy U.S. export-control requirements.
• Must be able to obtain required security clearance.
• Must satisfy Boeing employment requirements.
