Job Description
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex industrial HVAC and facility systems. The technician supports environmental comfort, equipment reliability and site energy efficiency while working with controls, electrical and facilities-engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair industrial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose control-system hardware and software problems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Collect and analyse equipment-performance data.
• Participate in continuous-improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Update maintenance records and CMMS history.
• Follow all workplace-safety requirements.
• Support and guide other technicians when required.
Eligibility
• Relevant industrial HVAC or multi-craft maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical and control-system faults.
• Knowledge of safe industrial-maintenance practices.
• Ability to use maintenance-management systems.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.
