Job Description
The engineer will work with Rivian’s Electric Machine Mechanical Design Team to develop electric-motor components and manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities
Generate electric-motor mechanical concepts and detailed component designs.
Create engineering drawings and develop prototype or production tooling.
Support component prototyping, testing and production implementation.
Lead root-cause investigations and determine effective containment actions.
Eligibility
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Relevant experience designing precision mechanical components and supporting their manufacture and validation.
