Job Description

This staff-level engineer joins an Agile team modernising the EADGE-T integrated air and missile-defence system. The programme integrates sensors, weapons and battle-management capabilities for an international customer, with the technology refresh concentrating on foundational and cybersecurity enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Decompose roadmap features into actionable software tasks.
• Design and implement new software capabilities.
• Modernise legacy components and technical foundations.
• Implement cybersecurity enhancements.
• Integrate software with sensors and weapon-system interfaces.
• Develop automated tests and resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile planning, reviews and demonstrations.

Eligibility

• Relevant technical bachelor’s degree with advanced software experience.
• Experience developing complex software applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
• Ability to work with an international programme and customer.
• Strong software-design and problem-solving capabilities.
