Job Description

Assess plant readiness for automation deployment across lean maturity, digital infrastructure and workforce capability. Close operational gaps through coaching, standardisation, infrastructure coordination and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct automation-readiness assessments.
• Identify operational and skills gaps.
• Lead site coaching and process standardisation.
• Coordinate digital infrastructure requirements.
• Guide safe automation deployment.
• Build sustainable automation capabilities.

Eligibility

Advanced operational-excellence, automation or manufacturing-transformation experience; strong plant leadership and coaching capability; willingness to work with global sites; legal US work authorisation.
