Job Description

The deployment leader connects wind-service operations with engineering teams to introduce new blade-repair methods and tooling while improving safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of new wind-blade repair technologies.
• Coordinate service operations and wind-engineering teams.
• Develop and introduce repair tooling and processes.
• Lead continuous-improvement activities.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Support field adoption and technical issue resolution.

Eligibility

• Relevant wind-service, blade-repair or engineering experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional deployment programmes.
• Ability to travel or support field operations.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States.
