Job Description

The leader ensures AI systems used in wind engineering are safe, transparent, secure, explainable and auditable. The position provides independent governance oversight throughout the AI lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define the Wind Engineering AI governance framework.
• Establish responsible-AI policies and controls.
• Define risk levels and validation requirements.
• Ensure AI models are explainable and auditable.
• Govern cybersecurity, privacy and intellectual-property risks.
• Review and approve AI deployments.
• Coordinate legal, security and compliance teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical or regulatory field.
• Significant technology-governance, risk, compliance or cybersecurity experience.
• Practical understanding of AI and machine-learning risks.
• Experience working with legal, privacy and security teams.
• Legal authorisation to work in the United States.
