Job Description
The Airport Operations Seasonal Crew supports JetBlue customers throughout the airport journey. The role rotates between ticket-counter, gate, boarding, baggage and aircraft-preparation functions while maintaining safety and service standards.
Responsibilities
• Conduct passenger check-in and identity verification.
• Tag, lift and process customer baggage.
• Announce boarding and flight information.
• Coordinate passenger boarding and deplaning.
• Sell reservations and ancillary travel products.
• Operate jet bridges, air stairs and airport equipment.
• Assist customers with accessibility requirements.
• Help prepare aircraft cabins for departure.
• Maintain safe airport and gate operations.
Eligibility
• High-school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• One year of customer-service, volunteer or sales experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work variable shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge.
• Ability to complete JetBlue’s applicant assessment.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
