Job Description
The Senior Analyst develops analytical models and operational reports for JetBlue Technical Operations. The position identifies performance constraints, investigates maintenance data and recommends reliability improvements.
Responsibilities
• Analyse JetBlue operational and fleet performance.
• Investigate maintenance data from TRAX and related systems.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and root causes.
• Recommend reliability strategies and performance buffers.
• Evaluate operational costs and trade-offs.
• Support technical-operability projects.
• Present findings to operational and senior leaders.
Eligibility
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or accepted equivalent experience.
• Three years of analytical experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R.
• Experience with data-visualisation tools.
• Advanced data-analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
