Job Description
The Technical Support Controller monitors real-time aircraft performance and fleet-health information. The role uses predictive-maintenance tools and aircraft-systems knowledge to prevent disruptions, reduce out-of-service time and direct effective maintenance actions.
Responsibilities
• Monitor aircraft performance and technical interruptions.
• Review pilot irregularity reports and delays.
• Use predictive-maintenance and health-monitoring systems.
• Identify aircraft-system degradation and emerging failures.
• Prioritise technical alerts and discrepancies.
• Direct troubleshooting and corrective-maintenance actions.
• Document alert disposition and follow-up actions.
• Support fleet reliability and operational recovery.
Eligibility
• Relevant aircraft-maintenance and technical-operations experience.
• Advanced understanding of commercial aircraft systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical decision-making ability.
• Experience with maintenance-control processes.
• Valid driver’s licence and acceptable driving history.
• Ability to provide occasional off-hours support.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship.
