Job Description
The Lead Application Engineer serves as the technical lead during the inquiry-to-order phase. The role assesses customer needs, defines technical solutions and supports commercial strategy for energy and electrification projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead technical activity during the inquiry-to-order process.
• Analyze customer requirements and application constraints.
• Develop technical configurations and economic evaluations.
• Prepare proposal documentation and technical clarifications.
• Coordinate engineering, commercial and project teams.
• Present solutions and recommendations to customers.
• Identify technical and execution risks.
Eligibility
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Application-engineering or customer-engineering experience.
• Ability to evaluate technical and economic requirements.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
