Job Description
The Lead Controls and HMI Systems Engineer works across product teams to develop and validate human-machine-interface platforms used in critical power infrastructure. The role covers new-unit and aftermarket deployments and supports reliable, secure operation of modern electricity-generation assets.
Responsibilities
• Develop test plans for new HMI platforms.
• Execute hardware and software performance and stability studies.
• Prepare technical test reports and design reviews.
• Resolve technical issues reported by customers and field engineers.
• Evaluate new technologies for power-generation operations.
• Translate platform enhancements into Agile features, stories and tasks.
• Develop training material for global fulfilment teams.
• Manage several product-development activities simultaneously.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• At least four years of engineering experience.
• Ability to develop and execute technical test plans.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a global engineering organisation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
