Job Description

The Lead Senior Wind Hub Technician maintains wind-turbine performance while supporting schedules, technical development, customer service and frontline site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance and repair activity.
• Troubleshoot advanced electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults.
• Interpret turbine schematics, manuals and procedures.
• Perform diagnostic analysis and develop resolution plans.
• Mentor technicians and support workforce development.
• Maintain service records and coordinate with remote operations.

Eligibility

• High-school diploma or GED.
• Four years of wind troubleshooting plus lead, EHS or quality experience, or five years of wind troubleshooting.
• Ability to pass a technical assessment.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to travel and work rotating or on-call schedules.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
