Job Description

The specialist creates and continuously improves field-relevant learning solutions that prepare North American wind-service teams to perform major corrective work safely and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training materials and practical exercises.
• Convert procedures and lessons learned into structured content.
• Coordinate training implementation and workforce readiness.
• Maintain training governance and version control.
• Incorporate field, safety and quality feedback.
• Partner with engineering, operations, EHS and technical experts.

Eligibility

• High-school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of training development, learning coordination, technical documentation or workforce-capability experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
