Job Description

The Nuclear Outage Services Leader directs a multidisciplinary organisation responsible for outage planning and execution. The role owns financial performance, field delivery, technical quality and longer-term strategy for the outage-services business.

Responsibilities

• Direct approximately 24 nuclear outages annually.
• Own the Outage Services profit-and-loss performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary field and technical teams.
• Control outage cost, quality and schedule.
• Develop workforce and operational-delivery strategies.
• Manage customer relationships and escalated issues.
• Improve outage safety, reliability and profitability.

Eligibility

• Extensive experience in nuclear outage services or field execution.
• Demonstrated leadership of large multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial responsibility for financial and operational performance.
• Knowledge of nuclear-industry customers and market conditions.
• Legal authorisation to work in the United States States.
• Ability to satisfy nuclear-facility access requirements.
