Job Description

The O&M Deployment Leader supports GE Vernova’s global Wind Service Operations, Maintenance and Upgrades business. The position develops and deploys new technologies, robotics, automated tools and operational processes that improve the safety, quality, delivery and cost of wind-turbine maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of new technology and tooling for global wind-service operations.
• Introduce robotics and automation into wind-turbine maintenance and upgrade activities.
• Coordinate technology validation with engineering, field operations, product and safety teams.
• Develop deployment plans, work instructions and supporting technical documentation.
• Lead Lean improvement initiatives for new and existing service processes.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Provide technical direction during operational deployment.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer for regional service teams.
• Work across engineering, operations, tooling centres and business leadership.
• Travel internationally to support validation and deployment activities.

Eligibility

• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50%, including international travel.
• Ability to comply with applicable company travel and tax policies.
• Relevant experience in wind-service operations, engineering, maintenance, automation or technical deployment.
• Ability to analyse problems and implement practical operational solutions.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, locations and organisational levels.
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
