Job Description
The instructor analyses technical learning requirements and develops nuclear-operations training for BWRX-300 operators. Training covers fundamental systems, station systems, simulator activities and licensed operator development.
Responsibilities
• Analyse nuclear-operator learning requirements.
• Design technical and simulator-based training.
• Deliver operator and senior reactor operator courses.
• Develop computer-based and multimedia learning materials.
• Maintain training records and learning-management data.
• Evaluate student performance and programme effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to training methods and content.
Eligibility
• Relevant nuclear-operations and operator-training experience.
• Experience delivering operator fundamentals, station-systems and simulator training.
• Experience with learning-management or training databases.
• Legally authorised to work in the United States.
• Ability to meet nuclear export-control requirements.
