Job Description
The Hydro Site Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of on-site project delivery. The manager directs civil, mechanical and commissioning activities while controlling schedules, resources, technical execution, safety and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
• Direct all construction and commissioning activities at the project site.
• Manage civil work, mechanical erection and technical execution.
• Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors and customer representatives.
• Control schedules, resources, cost performance and project milestones.
• Maintain site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor workmanship, inspection and quality documentation.
• Resolve operational and technical issues.
• Report progress and risks to project leadership.
Eligibility
• Experience managing major industrial construction or power-generation sites.
• Knowledge of civil, mechanical erection and commissioning activities.
• Demonstrated leadership of site teams and contractors.
• Ability to manage schedules, risks and customer expectations.
• Ability to work at dedicated project sites or night-shift operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
