Job Description
The role supports the social dimension of organisational sustainability by developing programmes that improve employee well-being, retention, inclusion, safety and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Lead site-specific well-being programmes.
• Develop employee-engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analyse turnover and absence data.
• Integrate well-being programmes with EHS activities.
• Conduct employee surveys and listening forums.
• Develop internal communication campaigns.
• Recommend measurable workplace improvements.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or a related field with at least five years of HR experience; or eight years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial workplace experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and programme-management skills.
• Legal authorisation to work in the United States.
