Millennium Space Systems is a small-satellite prime headquartered in El Segundo, California, and a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company.

The company develops high-performance satellite systems on accelerated schedules. Its capabilities cover spacecraft design, engineering, manufacturing, integration, testing, mission operations and constellation development.

Millennium Space Systems supports single-satellite missions, prototype constellations and larger operational constellations. Its spacecraft and mission solutions operate across low Earth orbit, medium Earth orbit and geostationary Earth orbit.

The company primarily supports national-security space missions, including missile warning and tracking, Earth observation and other missions requiring timely and reliable decision-quality information.
