Programme Overview
The MEng Computer Science degree provides integrated Master's-level education in computing and software systems.
Students study programming, algorithms, databases, computer architecture, artificial intelligence, security and advanced software technologies.
A paid 12-week industrial placement gives students professional software-development experience.
Later years include an individual practical computing project, specialist technical modules and a significant group project.
The programme is accredited by BCS for Chartered IT Professional and Chartered Engineer educational requirements.
